[dataimport] Add a ``flush`` method for all stores.

For ``ObjectStore``, ``RQLObjectStore`` and ``NoHookRQLObjectStore``
the method tries to call the ``commit`` method.

For ``SQLGenObjectStore``, the ``flush`` method is basically
unchanged with respect to previous changesets.
