[tabs] forward url parameters to lazy tabs views
If
http://www.cubicweb.org/project/foo?x=12&y=13
dislays a LazyTabView, this patch forwards {x: 12, y: 13} to
subsequent lazy tabs (i.e. called through ajax queries).
