[sources] Simplify source's init method
Only call it when enabled instead of giving a boolean flag indicating whether it
is or not (which were not correctly considered).
missing-dep-for-interpreter make => make | build-essential | dpkg-dev (usr/*/cubicweb/skeleton/debian/rules)
