[server] extract "no pooler" CnxSet class to a _BaseCnxSet class
So we get rid of "if self._queue is None" in each method of _CnxSetPool
Also add helper get_cnxset(source, size) to instantiate the correct pooler class.

You can configure the *CubicWeb* instance to keep a log
of the queries executed against your database. To do so,
edit the configuration file of your instance
``.../etc/cubicweb.d/myapp/all-in-one.conf`` and uncomment the
variable ``query-log-file``::
